This is the traditional, time-tested version of the dish. It stays true to its origins, using well-established techniques and ingredients that define its authentic flavor. A perfect starting point for exploring its evolution.
The Chicken Kathi Roll is a popular Indian street food that originated in the bustling streets of Kolkata. This flavorful wrap has evolved from a traditional skewer-grilled Kathi kebab, featuring succulent, spicy chicken pieces wrapped in a soft Indian flatbread known as paratha. These rolls marry the lusciousness of Indian spices with the comforting texture of the bread, creating an irresistible snack or meal that delights any palate.
