  • tomatoes – 3 medium / 300 g

  • fresh cilantro – 1/4 cup / 15 g
  • olive oil – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
  • salt – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
  • ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon / 2 g
  • cotija cheese – 1/2 cup / 75 g

Instructions

  1. Chop zucchini, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, and cilantro finely.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves.
