Ingredients
- Beef steaks – 4 pieces, approximately 200 g each
- Boerewors (South African sausage) – 500 g
- Chutney – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
- Salt – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
- Black pepper – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
- Corn on the cob – 4 pieces
- Butter – 2 tablespoons / 30 g
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon / 5 g

Instructions

- Brush the beef steaks lightly with vegetable oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steaks and boerewors on the grill. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired level of doneness. Grill the boerewors until browned on all sides, approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the corn on the cob by peeling back the husks, removing the silk, and brushing with butter. Sprinkle with paprika and a pinch of salt.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Once everything is cooked, let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
