Ingredients
- aged goat cheese – 200 g / 7 oz
- red bell pepper – 1 medium / 150 g

- extra virgin olive oil – 6 tbsp / 90 ml
- smoked paprika – 1 tsp / 5 g
- salt – to taste
Instructions
- Grate the aged goat cheese finely to ensure it blends smoothly.
- Roast the red bell pepper until the skin is charred. Let it cool, then peel off the skin and deseed it.
- In a food processor, combine the cheese, roasted pepper, garlic cloves, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and season with salt as needed.
