Ingredients

  • Alaska King Crab Legs – 2 lbs / 900 g
  • Unsalted Butter – 1 cup / 227 g
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
  • Old Bay Seasoning – 1 teaspoon / 2 g
  • Fresh Parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions

  1. Thaw the crab legs in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
  2. In a large pot, add about 2 inches of water and a steamer basket. Bring to a boil.
  3. Place the crab legs in the steamer basket, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  4. While the crab is steaming, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning into the garlic butter.
  7. Remove the crab from the steamer and serve immediately with the garlic butter drizzled on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
