- chicken wings – 2 lbs / 900 g
- mayonnaise – 1 cup / 240 g
- apple cider vinegar – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- horseradish – 1 tbsp / 15 g
- garlic powder – 1 tsp / 5 g
- onion powder – 1 tsp / 5 g
- salt – 1 tsp / 5 g
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp / 2.5 g
- cayenne pepper – 1/4 tsp / 1 g
- olive oil – 2 tbsp / 30 ml
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth to create the Alabama white sauce.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place wings on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- In the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings with a generous amount of Alabama white sauce.
- Remove from grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
