  • ground pork – 500 g / 1.1 lbs
  • onion – 1 large / 150 g, finely chopped

  • paprika – 2 tsp
  • salt – 1.5 tsp
  • black pepper – 1 tsp
  • baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  • sparkling water – 2 tbsp
  • vegetable oil – for grilling

Instructions

  2. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, baking soda, and sparkling water to the meat mixture. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
