Ingredients
- whole sea bream (besugo) – 1.5 kg / 3.3 lbs

- white wine – 150 ml / 5 fl oz
- lemon, thinly sliced – 1
- parsley, chopped – 2 tbsp / 8 g
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the sea bream on a baking tray. Rub with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- Insert lemon slices and half the garlic into the fish’s cavity.
- Drizzle remaining olive oil on top and scatter the rest of the garlic over the fish.
- Pour the white wine into the tray and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked through, and the skin is golden.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the fish before serving.
