- Cilantro – ¼ cup / 15 g, chopped
- Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
- Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) – ½ cup / 50 g
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice with mustard oil, mixing until every grain is coated.
- Add the chopped onion, green chili, boiled potato, and cucumber. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Stir in the cilantro, chaat masala, and a sprinkle of salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Just before serving, add sev and lemon juice, tossing quickly to distribute evenly.
