Ingredients
- dried white beans – 2 cups / 400 g

- bacon, diced – 100 g
- sausages, sliced – 2 / 200 g
- vegetable broth – 4 cups / 960 ml
- spaghetti, broken into pieces – 200 g
- paprika – 1 teaspoon
- cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
- salt – to taste
- pepper – to taste
- olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Soak the white beans overnight in plenty of water.
- Drain and rinse the beans. In a large pot, boil the beans with the vegetable broth until tender, about 1 hour.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onions, garlic, and carrots until soft and fragrant.
- Add bacon and sausages to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Combine the sautéed mixture into the pot with the beans.
- Add the broken spaghetti, paprika, and cumin, and stir well.
- Simmer the stew for an additional 15-20 minutes until the spaghetti is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
