Ingredients

- Apple Cider Vinegar – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
- Salt – 1 tsp / 5 g
- Water – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the diced pineapple, red chili peppers, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and water to the saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the ingredients are soft and the mixture thickens.
- Allow the sauce to cool slightly, then blend it with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Pass the sauce through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove any solids.
- Transfer the sauce to a jar and refrigerate. Use as needed.
