- breadcrumbs – 2 cups / 240 g
- parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup grated / 50 g

- marinara sauce – 2 cups / 480 ml
- mozzarella cheese – 1 cup shredded / 100 g
- basil leaves – fresh, handful
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, about 1/2 inch.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat eggs with water.
- Combine breadcrumbs with grated parmesan in a third bowl.
