Ingredients
- Alaska King Crab Legs – 2 lbs / 900 g
- Unsalted Butter – 1 cup / 227 g
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
- Old Bay Seasoning – 1 teaspoon / 2 g
- Fresh Parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions
- Thaw the crab legs in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
- In a large pot, add about 2 inches of water and a steamer basket. Bring to a boil.
- Place the crab legs in the steamer basket, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- While the crab is steaming, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning into the garlic butter.
- Remove the crab from the steamer and serve immediately with the garlic butter drizzled on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
