Ingredients

- baking powder – 1 tablespoon / 14 g

- water – 1 1/2 cups / 360 ml, warm
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the melted butter and warm water.

- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and cook each bread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and slightly puffed.
- Wrap the cooked breads in a clean kitchen towel to keep warm until serving.
