4. Digital Products & Credits

  • Digital Recipe Books: Purchasing a digital recipe book grants you a license to access the content exclusively on evolutionofflavour.com.
  • Credits: Credits purchased via the Website allow you to access individual recipes. All credit transactions are final, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
  • Credits have no monetary value outside of the Website, and “EVOLUTION OF FLAVOUR” reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue credits without prior notice.
  • Any technical or transactional errors relating to credits shall not be grounds for a refund or replacement.

5. Uptime, Availability, and Service Disclaimer
