Ingredients
- Feta cheese – 300 g / 10.5 oz
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp / 45 ml
- Fresh mint – 2 tbsp / 10 g, chopped
- Fresh dill – 2 tbsp / 10 g, chopped
- Eggs – 3 large
- Greek yogurt – 1 cup / 240 g
- Flour – 1/2 cup / 60 g
- Salt and black pepper – to taste
- Lemon zest – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, crumble the feta cheese and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then stir in the Greek yogurt.
- Add the flour to the yogurt mixture gradually, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in the chopped mint, dill, and lemon zest.
- Combine the yogurt mixture with the crumbled feta. Stir gently to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the cheese mixture into the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
