- vegetable broth – 4 cups / 960 ml
- bay leaves – 2 leaves
- caraway seeds – 1 teaspoon / 2 g
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
- fresh parsley – for garnish
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage into fine shreds and rinse under cold water.
- Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage, diced potatoes, bay leaves, and caraway seeds to the pot. Stir well to combine.
