  • carrots, sliced – 2 medium / 150 g
  • dill, chopped – 1/4 cup / 15 g
  • lemon juice – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
  • water – 2 cups / 480 ml
  • salt – to taste
  • black pepper – to taste

Instructions
