Ingredients
- feta cheese – 200 g / 7 oz
- kefalotyri cheese – 100 g / 3.5 oz

- egg – 1, beaten
- milk – 50 ml / 1/4 cup
- dry breadcrumbs – 100 g / 1 cup
- fresh parsley – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- olive oil – for frying
- black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Grate the feta and kefalotyri cheese into a large mixing bowl.
- Add flour, beaten egg, milk, parsley, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the croquettes in batches until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and serve warm.
