Ingredients

  • Garlic cloves, minced – 4 cloves
  • Kosher salt – 1 tablespoon / 15 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon / 5 g
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the fraldinha. Lay it flat on a cutting board.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the fraldinha, ensuring it is well covered.
  4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  5. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
