- dry white wine – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
- sea salt – 1 tsp
- black pepper, freshly ground – 1/2 tsp
- lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- Rinse the razor clams under cold water, scrubbing them gently to remove any sand or debris.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the razor clams to the skillet and pour in the white wine.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the clams open up.
- Discard any clams that do not open after cooking.
