Instructions
- Clean the cuttlefish, removing the insides while keeping the body intact. Rinse thoroughly under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated pecorino cheese, and lemon juice.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, and mix in the olive oil until everything is well incorporated.
- Stuff each cuttlefish with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s well-packed.
