  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean and debeard the mussels. Discard any that do not close when tapped.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  5. Open each mussel by sliding a knife between the shells. Remove the top shell and arrange the mussels on a baking sheet.
