- stale white bread – 2 slices / 60 g

- pepper – 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- fresh parsley – 1 tbsp / 15 g, chopped
- breadcrumbs – 1 cup / 100 g
- vegetable oil – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
Instructions
- Soak the stale bread slices in milk until soft, then squeeze out excess milk and set aside.
- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Using a food processor, blend the chicken pieces to a smooth texture.
- Add the soaked bread, butter, salt, pepper, and parsley to the chicken mixture and blend until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into oval-shaped cutlets.
- Coat each cutlet generously with breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the cutlets until golden brown on each side, ensuring they are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and allow to rest before serving.
