Ingredients
- Pork ribs – 2 lbs / 900 g
- Soy sauce – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
- Korean pear – 1/2 cup / 120 g, grated
- Brown sugar – 1/4 cup / 50 g
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Ginger – 1 tbsp / 15 g, minced
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- Black pepper – 1 tsp / 5 g
- Green onions – 2, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, grated Korean pear, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from marinade and grill them for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and nicely charred.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
