  • soy sauce – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon / 4 g

  3. Add the garlic and bitter melon slices to the wok. Stir-fry for 10-12 minutes until the bitter melon becomes tender yet slightly crispy.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sugar. Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, ensuring the melon slices are well coated.
