This sauce is typically used in the preparation of Chinese roast meats, such as the famous char siu pork. Characterized by its savory and slightly sweet flavor profile, Siu Haau sauce blends soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and subtle spices to create a perfect glaze that adds a robust depth to grilled and roasted dishes.
