  • desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup / 40 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Add the sugar, eggs, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and rum, mixing until well combined.
