Ingredients

  • Serrano peppers – 10 pieces / 225 g
  • Cilantro leaves – 1 cup / 60 g
  • Garlic cloves – 4 cloves / 20 g
  • White vinegar – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
  • Lime juice – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons / 30 ml
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon / 5 g

Instructions

  1. Rinse Serrano peppers and remove the stems. Optionally, remove seeds for less heat.
  2. In a blender, combine Serrano peppers, cilantro leaves, garlic cloves, white vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  4. Pour the sauce into a sterilized jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to let the flavors meld.
