- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp / 30 g
- Green olives – 1/2 cup / 75 g, sliced
- Raisins – 1/4 cup / 40 g
- Cumin – 1 tsp / 2 g
- Oregano – 1 tsp / 2 g
- Salt – 1 tsp / 5 g
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- White wine – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste, mixing well.
- Stir in the sliced olives, raisins, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the white wine and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
