  • Butter – 1/4 cup / 56 g
  • Coconut milk – 1 1/2 cups / 360 ml

Instructions

  3. Add shredded coconut and brown sugar, and mix until evenly distributed.

  5. Gradually pour in coconut milk, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  6. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  7. Shape the dough into a flat, round disc about 1 inch thick.
  8. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
