Ingredients

  • butter – 2 tablespoons / 30 g

  • espresso coffee – 1 cup / 240 ml
  • heavy cream – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
  • salt – to taste
  • black pepper – to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped – 2 tablespoons / 8 g

Instructions

  1. Season the beef steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Place the steaks in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
